Quick Tip – Allocation of Credit (Clinical Trial)

Historically the credit allocation percentage was entered in the Personnel tab of RAMSeS and in the F&A Distribution tab of the ORA Budget Spreadsheet.

The F&A Distribution tab has been developed in to an electronic form within eTRACS proposals. This form is unavailable in the Clinical Trial template as the standard F&A split does not apply to those projects. The credit allocation will automatically be assigned as 100% to the lead PI.

If this allocation of credit needs to be split between multiple investigators, email etracshelp@ecu.edu with the following information:

• eTRACS Proposal Number
• Appropriate Allocation of Credit for each investigator – totaling 100%
