Routing a Project Financial Guarantee during the eTRACS transition period

Once a project is fully setup in eTRACS, there are e-forms in that system which support various project requests – see the appropriate help page.

Status of Projects Transitioning to eTRACS

During the early stages of the eTRACS transition period – October 2019 thru March 2020 – there will be projects in RAMSeS that have not yet transitioned to eTRACS. These may include:

• Proposal submitted in RAMSeS but not yet awarded
  • Proposals will be moved to eTRACS in the process of being initially awarded.
• Projects awarded in RAMSeS ending in 2019
  • Soon-to-end projects will only be moved to eTRACS if they are extended.
• Projects awarded in RAMSeS with renewal dates several months in the future.
  • Awards will be moved to ahead of their renewal dates whenever feasible, otherwise they will be transitioned as part of the renewal process.
